RESERVATIONS

The reservation becomes effective once the customer has sent the owner full payment.

By this regulation, the customer confirms his full agreement with the general conditions specified below.

Prices are in EUROS, VAT included, breakfast included.

A credit card is required when booking. 100% of the amount of the stay will be taken 7 days before your arrival.

REGULATIONS

  Payment for additional services is made at the end of the stay by credit card (TPE) or in cash (Euros).

 

CANCELLATION OF THE STAY BY THE CUSTOMER

The customer can cancel their stay free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.

From the sixth day before the initially planned arrival date of the stay, the entire stay is due.

For any interruption of stay before the planned departure date, the entire stay also remains due. In the event of no-show on the scheduled arrival day, the full amount remains due.

CANCELLATION BY THE OWNER (MAISON DE MAGESCQ)

The owner refunds to the tenant the full amount paid, as well as compensation at least equal to that which the tenant would have borne if the cancellation had taken place on that date.

 

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

Arrivals are from 5:00 p.m.; departures no later than 11:00.

Earlier arrival and late departure are sometimes possible depending on availability. When booking for a weekend, a later departure is possible on Sunday, depending on availability. Luggage can be kept while waiting for the room or after checking out.

BREAKFASTS

Breakfasts are served on the terrace, on the rooftop or in your room, between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

 

CAR PARK

Free, closed parking is available.

 

CHILDREN

Due to certain areas of the house and outside that may be dangerous and certain staircases not having safety railings, children under 16 years old unfortunately cannot be accommodated at Maison de Magescq.

 

USE OF THE ROOMS AND COMMON PARTS OF THE PLACE

The traveler undertakes to return the rooms in the condition in which he found them and to declare any possible damage for which he may be responsible in order to be responsible for repairs.

The customer undertakes to respect the peaceful, calm and clean nature of the premises and to use them in accordance with their intended purpose.

The house and the rooms are non-smoking. But it is possible to smoke outside and on the terrace. Electronic cigarettes are allowed inside.

The establishment is unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

NUMBER OF PERSONS

Reservations are made for a number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number, Maison de Magescq is able to refuse additional people or request the reservation of an additional room/suite.

PETS

Animals are not accepted at Maison de Magescq.

PAYMENT METHODS

Confirmation of the reservation is made by credit card (remote payment or via a secure link) or by bank transfer (if applicable).

The following cards are accepted: CB, VISA, VISA Electron, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO.

Additional services will be paid at the end of the stay by credit card or cash.
